We’re proud to share an exciting milestone for the International Skin Tear Advisory Panel (ISTAP) community: as of January 21, 2026, ISTAP has grown to 5,513 members across more than 50 countries around the world.
This global reach reflects a shared commitment to improving the prevention, assessment, and management of skin tears across all care settings. From acute care and long-term care to community and home health, ISTAP members are advancing best practices, education, research, and advocacy every day.
