A Member of ISTAP shall have the right to receive notice of, attend, speak and participate at all meetings of Members and the right to one (1) vote at all meetings of Members.

Rationale

5.05 (c) Election, Appointment and Term of Directors
The President-Elect, the Secretary, the Treasurer and the five (9) global Directors shall be elected and shall retire in rotation every two (2) years.

Current Bylaw 7.03- Term of Office The President, President–Elect, Treasurer and Secretary shall hold his or her position for two (2) years. The Past President shall hold their term for one year. The Executive Director (if any) would be an appointed contracted position with no voting rights.
