2025 Call for Nominations: ISTAP Board of Directors

The International Skin Tear Panel (ISTAP) Board of Directors is looking for nominations to fill the following Board Positions starting May 27, 2025, immediately after the ISTAP Annual General Meeting.

Executive Positions for Nomination:

1. Secretary

2. Treasurer

Term:

• The Secretary term will run from May 27, 2025, until after the May 2027 ISTAP Annual General meeting.

• The Treasurer term will run from May 27, 2025, until after the May 2027 ISTAP Annual General meeting.

Regional Director Board Positions for Nomination:

1. Regional Director North America - USA

2. Regional Director North America - Canada

3. Regional Director Europe

4. Regional Director Middle East

5. Regional Director Africa

Term: These Regional Director terms will run from May 27, 2025, until after the May 2027 ISTAP Annual General meeting with an opportunity to run for an additional two years.

Nominations Deadline: May 16, 2025

Qualifications

Directors Qualifications are as follows:

• be an individual who is not less than eighteen years of age;

• be a Member of the Association in good standing;

• not be an employee or representative of a company whose primary business involves the development, manufacture and sole distribution of products in the field of skin health;

• not be a contractor of ISTAP; and

• not be a person who has been found by a court in Canada or elsewhere to be mentally incompetent, or who has the status of a bankrupt.

Nomination procedure

Nominations for these Board positions will be accepted via the Nominating Committee Chair at info@skintears.org.

Please ensure that both the completed and signed forms are submitted to the ISTAP Nominating Committee Chair at info@skintears.org by the deadline.

Upon submission, each nominator will receive an email confirmation acknowledging that their nomination has been received. Nominees should check their inbox for this confirmation from ISTAP to ensure their nomination has been successfully submitted.
