Dr. Jill Campbell is a registered nurse with extensive experience in wound care across acute and aged care settings. She is currently serving as an Adjunct Senior Research Fellow for the National Health and Medical Research Council Centre of Research Excellence (CRE) in Wiser Wound Care at Griffith University. Her research integrates clinical expertise to enhance patient safety, particularly in skin safety. She is renowned for developing the innovative Skin Safety Model, a holistic approach to skin integrity care. Her research interests include understanding incontinence-associated dermatitis, pressure injury prevention and hospital-acquired incontinence. Dr. Campbell's work focuses on preventing healthcare-associated skin injuries, significantly advancing the understanding and prevention of hospital-acquired complications, and positively impacting patient care globally.
