She is wound and ostomy care APN at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine (China), Visiting Scholar at Medical Center Loma Linda University School of Medicine(America).

She is Regional Director Asia of the International Skin Tear Advisory Panel (ISTAP) and the Education Committee Member of the World Council of Enterostomal Therapists (WCET) . She is International Wound Healing Technology Association (IWHTA) Member. She is the member of the Expert Committee on Capacity Building and Continuing Education Wound Repair of the National Health Commission. She is the standing committee member of Wound Repair and Regeneration Branch of China Association for International Exchange and Promotion of Healthcare. She is the Wound Ostomy and Continence Committee Member of the Chinese Nursing Society.

She specializes in Quality Improvement, Nurse Education and WOC Specialty Promotion. Establish ostomy and wound care clinic and coordinate MDT for unhealing wounds. She is the director of Zhejiang Province of Wound, Ostomy and Continence specialist nurse training program. She promote pressure injury prevention and treatment in Zhejiang Province. Participate in the evaluation of the international ETNEP and site visit since 2008. Participated in the compilation of the China Group Standards: Nursing care for adult stoma patient, China Device-related Pressure Injury Prevention Guidelines, the 2019 International Pressure Injury Clinical Prevention Guidelines Small Working Group. She has published / co-authored over 20 publications.
